Preparation & Documentation

Release of Information (ROI) & Confidentiality

At Turning Point Beginnings, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information throughout your recovery journey. We understand that trust and confidentiality are essential to creating a safe and supportive environment.

There may be times when communicating with members of your support network, such as treatment providers, case managers, or family members, can help us better coordinate services and support your recovery goals.

A Release of Information (ROI) is a consent form that allows you to authorize the sharing of specific information with individuals or organizations you designate.

By signing an ROI, you identify what information may be shared, who may receive it, and the purpose of the disclosure.

We are committed to transparency and will explain how your information may be used or shared. Your personal information will remain confidential and will only be disclosed with your authorization or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Your privacy matters. Your trust is valued. Your recovery is our priority.

Documentation and Paperwork

Once your application is approved and you are accepted into the program, you will submit a government-issued photo ID and sign a Release of Information (wet signature required). We also review the house rules and guidelines with you and have you sign a statement of understanding to help us foster a safe and supportive community for all residents pursuing long-term sobriety.
